At Mint Con Cards, we want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@mintconcards.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@mintconcards.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
